2. GAME DESCRIPTION
MindShift Arena is a cognitive training mobile game featuring mini-games designed to exercise various brain skills including speed, memory, attention, reasoning, precision, and balance. The Game is provided for entertainment and educational purposes.
3. USER ACCOUNTS
Accounts are created automatically with a random unique identifier
You may choose a display name visible to other players
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device
Display names must not contain offensive, abusive, or inappropriate content
4. GAME CONTENT & VIRTUAL ITEMS
In-game coins and virtual items have no real-world monetary value
Virtual items cannot be exchanged, transferred, or sold outside the Game
We reserve the right to modify virtual item properties, availability, and pricing
Progress and virtual items may be lost if you reset your game data
5. MULTIPLAYER & SOCIAL FEATURES
Challenges between players must be conducted fairly and in good faith
Cheating, exploiting bugs, or manipulating scores is prohibited
Friend codes are personal and should be shared at your own discretion
We reserve the right to remove players from leaderboards for unfair play
6. PROHIBITED CONDUCT
You agree not to:
Use cheats, automation software, hacks, or unauthorized third-party tools
Exploit bugs or glitches to gain unfair advantages
Harass, abuse, or threaten other players
Attempt to access other players' accounts or data
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Game
7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content in MindShift Arena, including game mechanics, graphics, audio, and code, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Game for personal, non-commercial purposes.
8. DISCLAIMERS
The Game is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
MindShift Arena is not a medical device and does not claim to treat or diagnose any condition
Cognitive training results may vary between individuals
We are not liable for any data loss resulting from device issues or service interruptions
9. TERMINATION
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Game at any time for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Game at any time and request deletion of your data.
10. CHANGES TO TERMS
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the Game after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
